The Daphne Jackson Trust is the UK’s leading organisation dedicated to realising the potential of scientists and engineers returning to research following a career break and is currently recruiting a new Communications Manager. Read on to find out more.

The Communications Manager is responsible for managing, developing and implementing the communications strategy of the Daphne Jackson Trust. The Communications Manager will support the Chief Executive and will ensure that the Trust and its work is promoted appropriately to all key stakeholders.

The Communications Manager is responsible for managing, developing and implementing the communications strategy of the Daphne Jackson Trust. This is a fantastic opportunity that would suit someone with a science background who wants an all-round communications role with lots of potential. Applicants will need to be able to manage content and delivery across all communications channels, work collaboratively and effectively with people both inside and outside the organisation and raise the profile of the Trust.

Many of the responsibilities of the Communications Manager require active working relationships with many members of the Trust team, coordinating information and developing processes to facilitate the promotion of the Trust’s work and the work of the Fellows.
