Dr Angelina Aisopou
Angelina Aisopou is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at Imperial College London in the Department of Civil and Environmental Engineering.
Angelina has a degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Nottingham, and a Masters of Science in the same subject from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, USA. Her research career began with her PhD which she undertook at Imperial College London, in modelling and monitoring water quality in water supply systems. Angelina then worked as a Post-Doctorate Researcher on various projects at the Technical University of Denmark, Copenhagen, where she published many papers and gave several presentations.
Angelina’s Fellowship is sponsored by the Royal Society and the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
Returning to the lab after a career break of nine years her research project is entitled: Analytical and Experiment Investigation of Chlorine Decay in an Operational Water Supply Network
