Marita O’Sullivan is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at the University of Liverpool in the Department of Physics.

Completing a degree in Physics at Trinity College Dublin, Marita worked for a year before returning to Trinity College Dublin to do her PhD. A postdoctoral position at the University of Liverpool followed and Marita is now a cross-disciplinary Physicist, having moved from Theoretical Physics into Experimental Condensed Matter Physics during her career. She has published from her PhD and postdoctoral positions and is now returning to research after a four year break.

Marita’s Fellowship is sponsored by the Engineering and Physical Sciences Research Council (EPSRC).
