Returning to her research after a 6-year break, Beverley’s Fellowship is entitled: “Pattern-Related Visual Allodynia – an inability to visualise specific, geometric patterns of high contrast without distortion and pain”. Beverley is researching the diagnosis and treatment of Pattern-Related Visual Allodynia, a condition in which people can’t look at specific geometric patterns such as stripes without difficulty or pain.
