Dr Jharna Paul, Senior Engineer, Kelvin Nanotechnology
Being awarded a Daphne Jackson Fellowship provided me with the opportunity to update my knowledge, skills and networking.
“Afterwards, I secured a research position within the Superconducting Quantum Group at the University of Glasgow – something which is positive for my long-term career and benefits my own well-being and family support. I was also a member of the University’s School of Engineering Athena SWAN Committee for their successful Silver Application submission. Currently, I am a Senior Engineer at KNT, leading the technical section on developing superconducting quantum devices fabrication and measurement”.
Jharna undertook her Daphne Jackson Fellowship between 2014 and 2017, hosted and funded by the University of Glasgow.
