Returning to her research after a 13-year break, Sally’s Fellowship is entitled: “Group Ongaku, Fluxus and Experimental Communities”. Sally’s research explores the context of interdisciplinary avant-garde art practice in 1960s Tokyo, restoring the non-western participants and linking the experimental music of Group Ongaku and the international arts group Fluxus.
