We’re delighted to partner with the Daphne Jackson Trust and Cancer Research UK Scotland Institute on these fellowships, to enable talented researchers to return to cancer research following a career break. This collaboration reflects our ongoing commitment to fostering an inclusive and diverse research community – essential to driving impactful science and progress for patients.“
Dr. Shewly Choudhury, Head of Research Careers and Culture, Cancer Research UK
The part-time fellowships are open to people who want to return to research after a career break of at least two years to carry out research focused on understanding the mechanisms that regulate cancer cell proliferation, survival and dissemination. Applicants from a range of disciplines are welcome to apply, for example including computational as well as biomedical scientists.
