    Transforming Careers Daphne Jackson Fellowships kick-start careers by improving skills and training: More than of former fellows remain in research active roles 5-10 years after their fellowship.  Over of former fellows continued their employment at the same institution that hosted their fellowship. of survey respondents have worked in their first choice careers after their fellowship.
