Trust Manager is a finalist for Supporting Executive of the Year!
Daphne Jackson Trust’s Dr Karen McGregor has been shortlisted for the Supporting Executive of the Year in the Charity Times awards.
Karen McGregor joined the Trust in September 2014 when the role of Trust Manager was first developed. As the Trust expanded there was a clear need to have a Trust Manager in place who would support the Chief Executive, Dr Katie Perry, in managing all the processes involved in the award of Daphne Jackson Fellowships, from decisions on eligibility through to the relationships with host organisations and sponsors, assist with the development of strategic objectives and manage a range of projects related to the strategic objectives of the Charity.
Dr Katie Perry, Chief Executive said “I couldn’t be more delighted with Karen’s nomination. Karen has proved to have all the exemplary personal and professional attributes needed for a successful Supporting Executive and she has made a huge difference to the charity and to my role.”
The Charity Times Awards continue to be the pre-eminent celebration of best practice in the UK charity and not-for-profit sector. Now in their 18th year, the awards are run by Charity Times Magazine. This year’s winners will be announced at the Charity Times Awards Gala Dinner and Ceremony on 4 October 2017 at the Park Plaza Westminster Bridge, London.
Please see Charity Times website for more information on the awards.
