“The Science of Food” is this year’s topic for Daphne Jackson Day on Wednesday 17th November 2021
We are delighted that this year the event will be held in person at the University of Surrey, with the option also to attend online. The event will take place on Wednesday 17th from 6pm to 8pm. The theme this year is the ‘Science of Food’.
