Dr Eugenie Doungla Ngouemazong
Eugenie Doungla Ngouemazong is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at the University of Huddersfield in the School of Applied Sciences. With a PhD in bioscience engineering and former career in food technology, Eugenie is returning to research after a career break of five years.
Eugenie’s two year Fellowship is sponsored by the University of Huddersfield and SCI (Society of Chemical Industry).
Her research project is titled: Valorisation of blackcurrant pomace: extraction, characterization and application of fibres derived from blackcurrant processing waste and her Fellowship is due to finish in 2021.
