Dr Tim Tomkinson
Tim Tomkinson is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at the University of Bristol in the Department of Earth Sciences.
With a PhD from the Open University and after a career break of four years, Tim is returning to research to study the history of water on Mars and any related implications for possible future missions to Mars.
Tim’s Daphne Jackson Fellowship is due to finish in 2023 and is sponsored by the Science and Technology Facilities Council (STFC). His research project is titled: The history of Mars in a drop of water.
