Dr Tanweer Beleil
Tanweer Beleil is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at Imperial College London, in the Institute of Reproductive and Developmental Biology. Tanweer is a researcher in the field of developmental biology.
Tanweer’s career break lasted ten years, prior to which she studied Zoology at the University of Khartoum, and carried out her PhD in Reproductive Molecular Biology at the University of Cambridge.
Tanweer’s Fellowship is sponsored by Imperial College London and the Genesis Research Trust.
Her research project is titled: The role of the reproductive tract microbiome in preterm prelabour rupture of membranes (PPROM) and her Fellowship is due to finish in 2021.
