Dr Christopher Tate

Christopher Tate is a Daphne Jackson Fellow at the University of Leicester in the Department of Chemistry.

After completing a Master of Chemistry degree at the University of Leeds, Christopher did his PhD in Chemistry at Cambridge, which led to various post doctoral positions at different universities, including Imperial College London and the University of Würzburg, Germany.

Now returning to research after a six year break, his project is entitled: Exploring Cooperative Effects in Sustainable Bimetallic Catalysis

Due to finish in 2022, Christopher’s sponsors are the University of Leicester and the Royal Society of Chemistry.
