Dr Andrea Snelling

Andrea Snelling is a Daphne Jackson Fellow in the School of Geography at the University of Nottingham.

Andrea is returning to geography research after a two year career break. She has five years of experience as a palaeoclimate researcher using stable isotopes and 10 years pre-PhD as an environmental archaeologist.

Her Fellowship is sponsored by the University of Nottingham and the Natural Environment Research Council (NERC).

Andrea’s research project is titled: Assessing the role of biogeochemical cycling in the North Pacific and the Bering Sea through the Mid Pleistocene Transition and she is due to finish in 2019.
